STUDIO POLICY

TUITION:
Tuition is due in full at registration or by payment plan. Tuition is based on a 10 month "dance year" $550.00 a year (Sept – June) If payment plan is chosen, payment must be made on or before the first lesson of each month in the months of October, November, December, January, February, March, April and May. (First and last month paid at registration) All payments must be received by the 10th of the month or a late payment fee will be added to your statement ($10 late fee) All tuition should be placed in the tuition box in the studio or mailed to the studio. Tuition is not adjusted because of unattended lessons. Registration fees are non-refundable. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Extra Class Pricing:
    1 Class = $40.00
    2 Classes = $70.00
    3 Classes = $100.00
    4 Classes = $125.00
    Each Additional Classes = $10.00
   * Hard Shoe = $10.00 if taking soft-shoe

COSTUME POLICY:
Costume orders must be paid in full by Feb.1, 2012.   Once ordered costumes are non-refundable.
Costume prices vary year to year, this is a cost that I have no control of. Costume payment plans are a option.

CLASS DATES:
We follow the public school vacation/ holiday year. Incase of inclement weather we follow the town of Swansea advisory.
Classes begin Sat September 10th 2011
Columbus Day: Mon Oct 10, 2011 Yes we will be open (closed Halloween)
Halloween no classes! Be safe!
Veteran’s Day: We will be Open Fri Nov 11, 2011
Thanksgiving holiday: November 24-27 2011 (studio will be closed)
Winter Holiday: December 21 - January 1, 2011 (resume back Jan 3, 2012)
Christmas Party: December 21 2011 5:00-7:00 PM
February Vacation: No Classes dates tba
April Spring Break: No Classes dates tba
Memorial Day: May 28, 2012 No classes
Recital Ticket Sales: April 15, 2012 (tentative)
Recital Dates:
            TBA

CLASS ATTIRE:
All students are required to wear proper dance attire. Bodysuits and Tights are a must (any color) and proper dance shoes must be worn.
Jr’s Tan Tap Shoes, Tan Jazz Shoes and Pink Ballet Shoes (all shoes may be dyed to match costumes)
Sr’s Black Tap Shoes, Pink Ballet Shoes or Foot Undeez, Tan Jazz Shoes (All shoes may be dyed to match costumes)

GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. No gum is allowed at the studio at any time.
2. Students are expected to come to class with the correct dancewear.
3. Hair must be pulled back away from face.
4. Parents/Sibling/Friends may observe classes through the 2 large viewing windows. No one is allowed to sit on classes in the dance room; this is a distraction to the class.
5. Attendance is taken at every class. If your child will not be able to attend his or her scheduled class, please contact the studio office in advance.
6. No street shoes allowed in studio dance room.
